17 Apr 2024 - Rule 3 has been updated with a new entry: "Players who are complicit in cheating by aiding, abetting and/or consciously profiting from illegal actions of other players, may also be punished with 7-day banishment, 14-day banishment, 30-day banishment with or without a final warning, or permanent banishment, depending on the seriousness of the violation and the Player's criminal record." - This doesn't really change the way we enforce the rules, because such cases used to be punished as "destructive behavior". We decided, however, that it deserves to be stated explicitly in the Rules.
We also updated Rule 6.: starting from Apr 25, the automatic auction bans will be twice as long.

Hello dears, my pleasure to post here for the first time.
As tittle says, we need urgently national channels (portuguese, spanish, english, polish).
WHY DO WE NEED THOSE?
On my experience playing this game i just enjoyed every second, i've met alot of friendly people and, on logic, i was looking for people to speech my same language (spanish).. sucesfully did find some of them, but the greater experience comes when you can make groups of people that understand every word you say (specially for those that dont speak english or pl) and sit there talking a little while making runes or hunts in your favorite channels. I feel like alot of people dont even touch channel buttons for this reason, and, some of them can motivate to stay a long time in game after meeting people with such a great tool. Trust me 2 channels with no specified concept are not enought, a lot of people get excluded from the big game experience.

Adding more text channels is currently not in our plans. However, if there are players here looking for people who speak the same languages and want to create a community, there is a special tool for this called guilds :) - In a guild, you can have your own chat in any language!

Guild channels have absolutely nothing to do with national channels... thats a whole different game experience.. I may take that as a suggestion but sadly there's not a spanish channel to find one as i tried in other channels, one channel leads to other (>spanish>guild chat) which is one of the points on the first comment. If that's not on your plans, something that simple, then there's something going wrong. Bc channels are tools that may adquire you players/customers.
None's gonna die if you do not add 2 National channels as it is a proporsal but yeah, you need these asap as you may ask to your community.
