17 Apr 2024 - Rule 3 has been updated with a new entry: "Players who are complicit in cheating by aiding, abetting and/or consciously profiting from illegal actions of other players, may also be punished with 7-day banishment, 14-day banishment, 30-day banishment with or without a final warning, or permanent banishment, depending on the seriousness of the violation and the Player's criminal record." - This doesn't really change the way we enforce the rules, because such cases used to be punished as "destructive behavior". We decided, however, that it deserves to be stated explicitly in the Rules.

We also updated Rule 6.: starting from Apr 25, the automatic auction bans will be twice as long. Check full changelog...

Watch out, szarancza pk "team" is back!

For now they mostly make a round in popular low lvl hunting/training/afking spots to kill people or steal/destroy their loot, so the most revelant points from the guide are 4th and 7th:
4. Don't skill in obvious places near the city - go to some deserted spots that people with low lvls would have trouble getting to (behind the lvl door would be ideal):

Skilling on slime - remember that you can lure the monster anywhere and thanks to the overspawn a new one will spawn, so you should lure the slime mother as far away from its spawn as possible.
Pacc area also limits their number to just a few characters (this may change as the more eqs dropped from a random ppl, the more of them will be able to buy pacc with in-game money)


7. Don't afk where there is a door nearby - they'll kill you in an energy/fire field without taking the white skull and frag. (or ladder, where they can rope you up on energy field)

Remember that if there is any way they can make your day worse - they will exploit it.
Many of them are unemployed good-for-nothing losers in life, who leech off their parents and their highlight of the day is killing some afk-skilling ek in a game.

Feel free to give your own tips and if you think this guide may help someone please share it with your friends/guildmates/random ppl you see afking/skilling in risky places that can potentially become victims to their shenanigans (and indirectly support them with their bp and eq).

Venore boat, Ab'dendriel boat, Kazordoon mountain pass
Don't travel to Venore/Ab using boat unless you have a noob char logged out there to check them. Use carpets or steamships (you can travel to and from Aruthang using Kazordoon steamship if you have completed some quests).

Watch out for Szarancza / Locust pk team of unemployed losers in life who live off their parents! After days of scamming gullible players on trade, the accumulated money was used to buy premium pigs. Pacc areas are not safe anymore!
