Changelog
26 Oct 2024 - Thanks to a few tweaks to the back-end infrastructure, the server save will now last 10 minutes at most, rather than way over 20 as it did before.

What about tasks with rewards like hunter rangs, trophies etc? It's not interfering into game balance/boost but it will be some kind of challenge and fun
If you mean tasks as per "kill x monsters of a kind" - there is no plan to introduce them whatsoever.
2 months almost. How long do you guys think it will take this staff to update a simple access quest? I would bet 10000 euro it wont be done by this year. #Kay'd
the rework is not about "simple access quest", I suggest you read this topic and please refrain from trolling/spamming here
The only part that you NEED to rework is the access quest itself.
I suggest you read the 100s of posts/replies on discord or on Otland on this topic, and please refrain from making excuses as is your tradition.
If you are not reworking access, then what are we even talking about here? Theres more screwed up stuff about ankrahmun BESIDES the broken entrance quest? Im genuinely starting to believe the theory that ankrahmun wasnt even ever mapped.
Again I kindly ask you to finally read that topic, because it explains exactly what is being reworked and why. Perhaps you should read those posts on otland too, because Xioniz answered your questions even there. Therefore another such reply I will consider spam, because you keep repeating the same question over and over clearly not to get an answer, but to show your contempt.

Has 0 to do with contempt. If you wish to project your insecurities onto my comments, thats on you.
It has 100% to do with the fact youve completely spit on the servers community by ignoring their (our) BEGGING for ankrahmun for almost 2 years. You then post that you will rework everything. This makes 0 sense because all youd have to rework is the access quest. Then youll say "its not just the access quest". Unless of course you originally lied about ank being completed in the first place. 3 months later...... and there has been 0 changes done about ank.
Its clear to any1 who can think logically, you don't WANT a successful server. You are taking your contempt of war players/past communities out on this server.
You are entitled to have your opinion on this matter, but you were provided an exact explanation as to why "it is not just the access" and should you keep ignoring it, it won't make your opinion more valid. We have addressed this both in the post about Ankrahmun and in the other forum. Let me quote the most relevant parts:
Some may still disagree with our assessment so we'd suggest considering the following: in recent times, crossing the certain fence has become sort of a Tibiantis Graal, while it was (and still is!) supposed to be just the beginning of a whole big adventure. Let's assume that we release the solution to this stage of the quest, without changing a thing. What if, having crossed that fence, players would face the exact same types of problems? Would we then be expected to reveal the solutions again and again? As we already said, doing so would be pointless and against our goals. Instead, we believe that it is better to perform a full review of the whole Ankrahmun content, double-check respawns, loots, NPCs, and fix any possible bugs. Especially that right now we have a lot more data to help us balance out these aspects of the game.
We also want to avoid the situation where players finally make it to the other side only to be greatly disappointed. That is why a rework is definitely a much better solution here, because it will give us an opportunity not only to fix any bugs found during the review but also to make some improvements and iron out the details. Furthermore, we expressed our appreciation for the effort of the true pioneers and we would hate for that effort to go to waste - which would definitely happen, were we to reveal the solutions. Instead, we want to design the improvements in such a way that all previous attempts and the knowledge gained during thereof will still be very much useful in the following stages, at least to some extent, so that nobody is at a loss. We believe that the solution that we're proposing will satisfactorily address all the issues that we're mentioning here.
This was ^ about possible spoiling, but you can refer to the most of it in case of "just access" as well.
Why don't we just spoil it or "remove the fence" instead? This is also answered there and I won't be copying it all here. Please, refer to the post for the other reasons, but on top of them all let me mention that passing the fence was (and still is) supposed to be just the beginning, and not the main goal. So what would be the purpose of spoiling/removing this one part, if further you would face the same issues and things you're now complaining about (e.g. grammar errors at NPCs)? This is what we do not want, and I guess neither do you.
And this ^ is a part of Xioniz's answer to you in otland.
Although I advise you to read the whole posts, these parts pretty much answer what we are doing and why. In other words, we are not just "reworking the access", but doing a general review on the content, because if that certain part was fucked, chances are that the other parts may be fucked too. The whole content is not about getting the access to the other side of some fence, and there you got everything. This is just one part and the beginning. There is no point to change just that if further you were to continue facing the same issues over and over. That is why it is better to review and fix it once for all. If we did as you wish, but it turned out there would be another issue, would you still be satisfied with such a "solution"? Of course not, you would complain about those old-new issues, as you do now, and that is right. So you cannot say that we only have one thing to fix, when it's merely the one thing you now know about.
3 months later...... and there has been 0 changes done about ank.
Plenty of changes have been made since then, but they are not being released one by one, obviously. All changes will be applied at once, when the whole review/rework is completed.
