Along with these changes, several minor map fixes have been applied (e.g. a missing stalagmite in the dragon lair was re-added, it is now not possible to levitate in that spot). What's the drill with it? Do I pay him cash or it goes from depot after the transfer on the webside.

Late response but, as you said it is done through the website and the agreed amount will be drawn from the city depot that the house is in. (You do not have to trade in-game)
