I have really good PC. For example I played Witcher 3 with full HD and opened 10-20 tabs on the browser. Never something like crash of PC and drops on FPS happened. 2 days ago I started play here and I had around 5-6 crashes of PC. I died on rotworm due to this. And it happened 4-5 times yesterday (14.06.2023). I have updated graphics card drivers. I set up graphics properly to my monitor like resolution and HZ. And problem still occur. What's wrong with this client? I had similar issue on realera but graphics settings fixed it. Here it's not working at all.

Try to change graphic engine in Options > Graphics > Advanced. You can also check if your GPU software allows to make profile for Tibiantis.exe and then disable all the fireworks like anti-aliasing etc.
