26 Oct 2024 - Thanks to a few tweaks to the back-end infrastructure, the server save will now last 10 minutes at most, rather than way over 20 as it did before.

"...Dragons have become not so terrifying as they once were, and have even started to show me their riches; of course I still have to be careful around them since one single step in the wrong direction while facing one of them can burn me back to the temple. Cyclops, on the other hand, are now one of the best creatures to me to hunt, as they now can be defeated with no more than a few hits and can't pose any real threat any longer. In the depts of mount sternum, during one of my Cyclops hunting sessions, I stumbled on a enigmatic necromancer, who (after charging me one thousand gold coins to be able to talk to him) granted me a key to a room filled with ghouls and a very particular piece of armor..."
I've been lurking for quite some time but I really like the thread mate. I think I might even start one of my own partly cause of this thread.
Thank you very much @Inquisitor! I wish you all the best on your journey and good luck on your L.T if you decide to start one too! ;)
Loot Balance
Hello everyone, this here is not an actual update, but more like a mini post about something I was looking forward for ages to do: A balance of all SoV's loot so far. Last time SoV sold some loot was when he reached level 30 and was in need of some money to gear up a little and buy some spells... Well, lots of Dwarfs, Minos, Cycs and Undeads have been slew since them and his lootbag is now heavier than ever:
"...After several months having rotworms as sparring partners, those smelly earth-eaters started showing signs they wouldn't be able to keep up with my skilling expectations. Eventualy, I turned my eyes to another place, and while experiencing Kazordoon's Dwarfs as training partners, I was able to hear coming from the shadows of that mine whispers about a place some of them are now calling "The Small Kazordoon"..."
"...Obsessed with exploring the depths of Aruthang, I didn't even realize that a shrewd predator was on the loose that night. I tried to run, but he ran faster, I tried to fight, but he fought better... Once again, I was defeated by a sorcerer whose power I could not overcome..."
"...I did not have plans to sell my loot just yet, but unfortunately, thats life (or death, in this case). In the end, theres always something to learn when things don't go our way, and I've just learned that endlessly loot selling trips can be a heck of a fun sometimes..."
Special Thanks:
-@Goshnar, for allowing me to use his guildhall to store my Fibula's loot :)
and a huge shout out to:
-@Kepatugo, who helped me selling my loot both on Fibula and Outlaw Camp. (Thanks for the wine bro, peace!) :D
