Changelog
17 Apr 2024 - Rule 3 has been updated with a new entry: "Players who are complicit in cheating by aiding, abetting and/or consciously profiting from illegal actions of other players, may also be punished with 7-day banishment, 14-day banishment, 30-day banishment with or without a final warning, or permanent banishment, depending on the seriousness of the violation and the Player's criminal record." - This doesn't really change the way we enforce the rules, because such cases used to be punished as "destructive behavior". We decided, however, that it deserves to be stated explicitly in the Rules.

We also updated Rule 6.: starting from Apr 25, the automatic auction bans will be twice as long. Check full changelog...

Great topic fellow pally friend. I will be following your journey here.
With this vocation you will tend to feel super bored in the beginning but once you unleash the true power of a Royal Paladin you will be unstoppable.

Although I've been offline the past days, let me know if there's anything I can help you with when you catch me in game.
I really hope to see you soon in Tibiantis lands.

Oh, and nice nickname btw :D

Keep it up!

I appreciate your kind words, fellow paladin. I shall make you enjoy this journey as I will. Next time's goal will be to take level 15 and have at least 40+ distance fighting. I hope I don't stump upon any dangerous enemies on my adventure!

Re: A Royal Paladin's Quest: Level 1 to 100

We continue our adventure in the deepest and darkest of caves, where no light dares to penetrate. "No light," I whisper to myself, the words barely a breath, lost in the oppressive darkness. The air is thick, heavy with unseen threats, and the ground beneath my feet feels like the only truth I know. I can hear the basilisk, its sinister hiss a chilling melody of dread, Zzzzz...

The creature is drawing nearer, its presence a tangible weight in the air. Clutching my shield and spear tighter, I can feel the echo of my recent victory—my strength has grown, a silent level-up in the dark recesses of these caves. "I am strong enough for this," I reassure myself, the words a shield against my rising fear. "I believe." With a determined breath, I ready myself to strike, my heart pounding a fierce rhythm of war.

As my confidence soars, I feel a surge of power coursing through my veins. Looking down at my hands, they seem to pulsate with a newfound strength, a visual testament to my growing prowess. My skill, too, sharpens with every breath, every moment of battle forging me into something more.

Deeper into the cave's belly, the ground trembles beneath my feet—a foreboding rumble that speaks of untold dangers and hidden secrets. I pause, a moment of hesitation in the shadowy depths. "Should I venture further?" I ponder, the question echoing in the vast emptiness. What mysteries lie buried in the earth's heart, waiting for the brave or the foolish?

The darkness, the darkness... I feel dead yet alive... Help me...

In my quest for light, relief washed over me as I spotted two figures resembling humans. But my hope turned to horror when I noticed their red skulls—a sign of danger. Before I could process, they attacked. Confusion and fear overwhelmed me as their strikes landed. The realization hit hard and fast: I'm dying.. I am dead.

Re: A Royal Paladin's Quest: Level 1 to 100

As I drifted in the void of death, an oracle appeared, her words a beacon in the darkness. She spoke of resurrection, a second chance at life, but with a price: a sacrifice of part of my essence to the gods. Without hesitation, I agreed, desperate for redemption. Revived, I found myself in a bustling town known as Thais, my journey reborn from the ashes of my past, albeit at a cost yet to be fully understood.

I headed north and found a huge gate at the town's edge. Wondering what was beyond, I grabbed my bow and arrows and decided to go through it. "I will be Tibiantis's warrior," I told myself, ready to explore the unknown.

Up north, I stumbled upon a large lookout point. Curious, I climbed to the top, only to be met with a sight that chilled me to the bone: giants, one-eyed cyclops, looming in the distance. A sight no one would wish upon themselves. Fear and regret washed over me as I realized the magnitude of what I faced. The thought crossed my mind that perhaps I should have chosen the eternal peace of death over resurrection.

Resolved to confront my fears, I sat on the bed in the tower, methodically donning my armor piece by piece. With each clasp secured and every strap tightened, a wave of apprehension washed over me. I hadn't yet left the safety of the tower, but the reality of facing giants loomed large, my resolve being tested with every piece of armor I put on.

Armed and ready, I began my descent from the tower, venturing into the heart of the giant mountain. As I moved cautiously forward, whispers grew into audible murmurs, escalating in volume with each step I took. Then, I saw them - the giants. Panic surged within me as I counted them; 2, 3...5 giants charging towards me with thunderous roars. "Run," I urged myself silently, the instinct to flee taking over.

I sprinted back towards the entrance, where I encountered another hunter, larger and evidently stronger than I was. His armor gleamed in the dim light, unmistakably the legendary golden armor, I realized. He stepped in, skillfully helping me fend off the giants. After the battle, he shared his knowledge, teaching me the art of hunting these formidable creatures.
