17 Apr 2024 - Rule 3 has been updated with a new entry: "Players who are complicit in cheating by aiding, abetting and/or consciously profiting from illegal actions of other players, may also be punished with 7-day banishment, 14-day banishment, 30-day banishment with or without a final warning, or permanent banishment, depending on the seriousness of the violation and the Player's criminal record." - This doesn't really change the way we enforce the rules, because such cases used to be punished as "destructive behavior". We decided, however, that it deserves to be stated explicitly in the Rules.

We also updated Rule 6.: starting from Apr 25, the automatic auction bans will be twice as long. Check full changelog...

Personally I'd welcome a change in the desintegrate rune. Seeing as it is now with only 1 sqm, it hardly fulfills it's purpose as a support rune. Considering the PKs modus operandi pretty much is working in teams or pairs trying to surround the target in narrow places and then simply put parcels (etc) around them making the player completely immobilized. "you can always kill your way out" - I get that, but that is often a theoretical argument, rather than a practical one. Players who get gangbanged like that often don't have the means to do it, usually targets only struggle to try and escape, and if you find yourself trapped with parcels surrounding the PKs as described above the desintegrate rune is as useful as a fishnet condom.

Take the fire field-rune versus destroy field comparison for example. They both "take one another out". Balanced.

In my opinion this would make the PvP-part of the game more stimulating, not only between PKs and targets but also in wars, sneak attacks etc.

Thats not gonna happened for sure. Imagine protect your loot bag from someone who want stole u this. Now u can put parcel next to you and he can't push u there.

in fact, with this proposal anyone can just desintegrate ur lootbag from a distance xD
imagine u showoff rare item on depot... *poff*
or even better desintegrate house deco from outside lol

Yah, increased range would mean some other aspects might be affected negatively, many of which I surely haven't thought of. Perhaps I should have been more clear, my suggestion is to just increase the range from 1 sqm to 2 sqm, that would prevent the lootbag-dilemma. I see a need for it mainly because it would make the PvP-trapping part with objects more fair for both sides.

sry brother, it is difficult to survive traps either way.
even without pots surrounded, players die in 1 2 3.

accept this and it won't bother your gameplay.
better than any change is practice.

with the help of a friend for example,
you quickly 2x the odds in your favour.
