A few days ago I got a 3 month ban on the auction of houses for a mistake but that's ok but not enough a while later a ban on the whole account I wrote many times to email but no one responds, the whole support does not give a damn about people and their problems we are simply ignored. I wrote that I made a mistake in the amount of money and I could not take it back and that it was the first time, so a ban on the whole account for a month is probably too much, even when I got the ban on the account I was returning to the depo and my character died from the lion I was without AOL and I had good items on me so if I got the ban shouldn't my character log out right away ? I was just left at all losses this is not fair on your part.
