HOW DOES IT WORK?
The tickets are a stamped letter. Sealed by the name of The Lottery Guy, with a code number of 4 numbers. The letter is given in-game on Carlin's Depot. You can send the money via parcel aswell. We accept all currencies; gold coins, platinum or crystal coins)
Instructions / Terms and conditions:
-The lottery ticket is only valid if was signed by the official Carlin's Lottery manager The Lottery Guy, any other similar name / modified name/ will not be accepted.
-The Ticket numbers are tracked by a 4 number code and the buyer's name. The prize can be only claimed by the character who bougth the ticket. All records are stored in a spreadsheet.
-For winners the prizes are given in person in Carlin's Depot. No Parcel, no travel.
-Time to claim a prize: 7 Days. After that time the ticket will be invalid.
-If the estimate ammount of tickets for a lottery is not sold in the "defined" range of time the money will be returned in person to the buyer in the Carlin's depot. Not via parcel, or travel
-Our winner picking system is completely random/aleatory with the RAND_BETWEEN excel function.
