I understand the concept behind the server but in my opinion the server needs new content to grow the server. Currently the server is only focused on increasing the level of your character. Updates: aruthang, ankrahmun completely missed no one can find a solution ofc a patch is to come out only i am afraid that the problem may still remain unresolved. As you a server owner i understand your concept of tibi 7.4 and all the nostalgia it is awesome but not enough to keep the whole aura of this game. My recommendation is to add a new city, add very hard to get outfits, which will add a desired thing that will stimulate players to play and the server to come to life it will increase the trade of things and improve communication between players. Too strict an approach to the server closes the way for new players.

Agreed, also something that would make the server more interesting would be a task system, not like the other servers where you gain exp / cash for a task, but maybe rewards like some addon item, some decoration. This would make it more fun hunting in general.

Server needs development at the moment server is stagnant. Add content for rpg players improve server. New city is a great solution, we need new players who get hooked on tibiantis.

A questlog? Tasks? Things like that takes away the old aura about 7.4 and Magma beasts & trogs/alphas is being killed every now and then.
I would suggest to make more hidden stories and fun side-quests, perhaps even some tasks in a questchain instead of just "kill 1000x, get item/exp".

We have a very good insight on how the population spreads over the map and I can tell that Aruthang is visited quite frequently. It even seems, that in relation to the surface area, Aruthang could be one of the most visited places. Now, when I am writing this post, several people are hunting there. So maybe it is not visited by you, granted, given the fact there aren't many spawns for a level 188 EK. But it does not tell anything about the community or the update itself. You need to be more specific here than just throwing: "Aruthang is not visited at all, please add another town".

I'm honestly going to go the other route here. But content and/or mechanics benefitting more casual lower leveled players would be nice.

Like, a benefit from runemaking, training and generally socializing in a party in a non-combative way - There's always a lot of focus on "new areas" but we're really a low percentage of player population that truly goes out there and kill the higher level stuff.

But with the spawn rate mechanic, something that would make more casual players just enjoy sitting around online and chatting would not only be healthy for the server, but it could bolster the economy with higher rune availability and player count, which in turn is beneficial for players looking to exp. Since many higher level spawns does require a fair bit of waiting between rounds atm.


Also if our focus is on "Older Playstyle", looking to bring back old school concepts with a supportive mechanical system in place could be cool.

A marriage system that shows on the website, with a "+5%" bonus on using healings on your partner in-game would be cool or a +1 to Skill if said partner is nearby and both are wearing their rings (ie no Sword Rings meanwhile etc). These features are arbitrary examples, but the idea would revive old, long since dead, traditions like Marriage Ceremonies that honestly most people did enjoy. And I think a lot of the same players that would enjoy building Family Trees, are the players that are more likely to hunt less efficienctly, in social groups together with one or more friends.


Other things could be stuff like a small temporary buff to mana regen if you're making runes in a party, even if it's as little as 1 occasional mana per 10 seconds or something, it's still a motivation to socialize in-game as a party over sitting alone in some remote location watching Netflix.

Having partnered "Providers" for some tiny benefit would be cool too. Like, a providers UHs healing their specific buyer for an additional +10% magic power or something similar.

Currently the majority of runes are probably made by bedmages, which consists of one player having entire accounts of bedmage characters that they cycle through repeatedly, and almost every house in the game being owned for the purpose of bedmaging, which house value being closely tied to amount beds.



These are just random examples, and I haven't spent a great many seconds thinking any of these through. But the goal with the idea is maybe adding ways to revive and bolster social non-combative play in that Development Plan, as it would benefit all aspects of the game. While Social Media is great, it's healthier for the game if the players are socializing in the game, rather than on Discord.

Ppl mention adding addons quite often, but there are also ppl who are against them - implementation of this feature might let both camps (for and against addons) be happy:

May I ask why you guys have to create new content fromscratch instead of adding things that were already implemented by cipsoft? It only makes you work harder than necessary. You didnt like ankr power gaming? OK,  but why instead of creating totally new place just make spawn longer or delete some mobs to decrease the density so ppl cant get that much exp? that would be true nostalgia so we could experience all known places once more. Why Creating totally new place instead of adding for example liberty bay or tiquanda as they are/were? Argument "too imbalanced" is invalid as I mentioned before because you can just remove some spawns or inrease respawn rate OR change loot rate if you have problems with hydras for example. Just my 2 cents.
P.S.
I would love POI but thats probably too futuristic for this serv and will never be implemented;)
Anyway please answer why no original places instead of brand new 1 year long hard work?
