Why can't I change my nickname to Li'o, which means circle in Samoan or Uncle'Ptz (ptz its my street means partisan) Can I do something to change this?

I think it's because ' is treated like a separator (same as space), so these nicknames technically consist of two words, and each word has to be at least 2-letters long and to have at least one vowel. That's why "o" or "Ptz" don't qualify. But I see nothing wrong in these names, if you proceed a change and submit anything else I can manually correct it to the one of your choice.
