Due to a combination of boredom and interest, I've decided to collate some real estate sale stats over the month of July.

Here are the 1 bed, 2 bed and 3 bed houses sold by auction in July.
I've excluded houses that sold for less than 5,000gp as those are mostly 1 beds that sold for 10-20gp

Findings or thoughts

Single beds range from 1,000-4,000 (approximately) per SQM
Most sales and highest prices were in Edron at an average of 3,856 per SQM

Double beds range from 500-5,000 (approximately) per SQM
Most sales occurred in Carlin. Edron (1 sale) had the highest average per SQM at 5,625

The coveted 3 bed homes were sold in Edron, Kazordoon and Venore at 2,966, 11,851 and 4,629 per SQM, respectively


I'm only posting this as I wanted to gauge the market as I seek a cozy abode myself.
