I would like to know if there is any important conclusion or resolution regarding the mysterious doors on the second floor of the 'Venore Branch Office - Warehouse' in Thais in Tibiantis.

Oh, if only there really was a secret passage behind the bookcase!
I know that this quest was never actually completed or resolved in Tibia, but it would be interesting if the developers of Tibiantis could develop and finish this quest with the already established backstory (a complex lore and potential mysteries surrounding various NPCs, locations, and events in Tibia, with a focus on the rebellion in Thais and the involvement of Venore).
