My last pacc expired with the end of May. Thus, the items from the house went to the depo and filled it with more than 1,000. Is it possible that because of this, the reward did not reach me?

The reward is assigned to your account as premium token, not as an item. The outfit you had at the moment of expiration stays (until you change it), this is perfectly normal.
