I understand why you believe that it would be better if the server save were at a different time. However, please remember that the time when the server is offline is the only time we can make changes. Server save is also a critical time that we monitor closely. Changing the time to nighttime from a European perspective would require the administration to be active every night, which, as you can probably understand, wouldn't be the best solution.
