Re: Discovering Zone XV and how to unclog the pipe?

Hello Tibiantis community.

Yesterday I've been walking on Darama sands and I fell into a hole with two black slimes, called tars. Managed to fight them and then I figured out that in the corner there was already an adventurer who probably also fell into the hole but some time ago (they were dead), because what I've found inside was an broken sword, mouldy cheese, worn pair of leather boots and a badge. Then I read the badge and it was written: special agent Cox, TBI.

So I went to the TBI Headquarters to meet TBI Captain, Chester Kahs. I reported to him what I've just found and then described circumstances where the body was. Reward was 1k and some informations, Chester Kahs said:
- Cox was exploring Zone XV
- Cox died during exploring Zone XV
- Chester Kahs asked Cox to stop exploring Zone XV (at least they said so)
- Zone XV is synonym to describe Ankrahmun
- TBI captain asked me to forget what I figured out and said that Agent Cox died by fishing or fallen asleep and drowned during high tide.

Then I went to Darashia to ask citizens about Ankrahmun and:
- Ankrahmun was a beautiful city in the times of Banor (grand warrior, legendary founder of Ankrahmun)
- Ankrahmun is now full of bandits, undeads and evil creatures. Abbas is the one who guards Darashia against bandits and undeads. Definitely not safe.
- No one in Darashia seems to know of what Agent Cox was doing
- There are notes in Ankrahmun ruins excavation site that the place was visited by a warlock from demona accompanied by an Efreet general authorised by Malor (king of efreets) to discover weird magic activities in Ankrahmun (they discovered some kind of "tar aqueduct", which might be used to get inside "the mysterious structures" and they were thinking of drain the pipe system - to get inside)
- There is also a book which describes that once in a while green djinns invaded Ankrahmun and Banor managed to defend the city

What I am willing to try:
- get to know what TBI Agent, Cox was up to (about what he did know, what he discovered)
- continue work of TBI Agent Cox

So what I think what might be possible:
- somehow join TBI and ask Chester Kahs for help if it comes to discover ZONE XV or get mission from them to help them actually
- ask NPCs what they know about Ankrahmun, TBI, Agent Cox, the fall of Ankrahmun, how to drain the pipe full of goo

Any thoughts and ideas would be very welcome.

Re: Discovering Zone XV and how to unclog the pipe?

So I read few books, asked citizens of Darashia and Drefia, visited the palace of a very powerful mage somewhere in the ruins...

The story is about Banor - the founder of Ankrahmun and his most loyal companion - Daraman - the smartest guy in the world. They together wanted to figure out secret of ancient mystery... The second one was exiled (under penalty of death) from Ankrahmun because he didn't want to share his knowledge about what he discovered, he only said that the key to mystery is located far north from the Ankrahmun.

Actually not everyone can agree with that version of the story:

01:13 Molasar: The ruins and even the whole valley have been attracting treasure hunters long time since. You're not the first, and you certainly won't be the last ...

01:13 Molasar: Some happen to find themselves a trinket, and they try to sell it on the black market as a relic of Banor. I only hope that you're not one those nutjobs that search for the golden caravan.

01:14 Molasar: Stupid rumour that makes stupid people want to search the whole desert.

Anyway, back to the story... It seems that Daraman actually solved the mystery and left a note for djinns. So there are two teams who actually are trying to solve the mystery: Necromancers from Drefia & Green Djinns versus Blue Djinns. Right now it seems that the first team is way ahead of second team to which I am going to join.

Key words I am figuring out right now:
- time (clocks especially - if you know then you know why I am trying to figure it out)
- Honemina's formula
- Relic of Banor
- ZONE XV (seems like TBI is really good in their job because no one knows a thing about their research)
