Im not assuming, our friends got deleted for "multiclienting"

Who? I cannot answer any such accusations or questions that do not refer to a specific and known to me case, but to some undefined "friends". If you decided to bring it up on the public forum and accuse us of banning some people for nothing, I am expecting you to also tell everyone who they are.

However ofcourse you can, but as Kay said it's not enough to only yell at your family member to come sit down at the other pc whenever you think a gamemaster is there.

It'll most likely happen without your knowing

Exactly this. You CAN play with your family, relatives, friends and neighbours as much as you want. It is NOT forbidden to play together in one house. We don't even have a way to know that you play in one house. A shared IP address does not necessairly imply that, nor does different IP address imply the otherwise. You can play together in one house, you can share the same Internet connection and you can even have a "LAN party" with 10 pals of yours. BUT each of you must play only their (one) character, just as every other player.

The problem here is that, apparently, for some people a wife, girlfriend or brother is merely a cover for multi-clienting. They think that they can safely play two characters at once (alone, by one person), because in case a gamemaster appears to test them, they can yell at their wife to come sit down at one PC and control one of the characters for a moment. So, they are in fact multi-clienting two characters by themselves, not actually playing with their wife. The wife is only needed for them to legitimize their characters in case of a gamemaster's visit. If this is your intention, you can expect to be banned, becase you will probably never see a gamemaster come to test you, as we have more effective and reliable methods to tell whether you are multi-clienting two characters, or it is truly two players.

But if you only intend to play together (two people), then you are safe and guaranteed not to get banned for that.

I really have no idea, if we can put it more straight anyhow.

And yet there was legit a couple playing together and got deleted when they were playing totaly fair.

How do you know that? Did you sit and watch every time they played? Or just took their word for it

As long as you don't tell us who that supposedly was, this is just an empty talk and propaganda, and I am going to treat it as such. If you don't want to reveal their names publicly, you can do it to us via e-mail.

Were they as legit as you the last time? Since you didn't tell us who were your friends that we have allegedly banned unfairly, I took a look at your history. You are the guy, who got banned for an obvious macro use on his previous account and then argued about that, claiming that you "don't even know how to use macro". By that I already know that your assurance about your friend's innocence (whoever they are) is not worth a penny. No need for names anymore.

You will not be unbanned. Without any doubt, we are certain of the fact that you were multi-clienting. You can either start over and play fair or not play at all. That's your chocie and it cannot change our decision in this case, nor our policy towards cheating in general.

I wish to know how you are sure that i been multi-clienting, of course you wont tell me because you dont have any proof, but you will be covering yourself with the fact that someone may use it in the future. Thanks for inviting us for play again and get banned for again playing fair play without breaking any rules. Good game but shit GMs.

We do have the proof, but we we cannot disclose any sensitive information as to how we catch cheaters, because it could result in them improving their ways of cheating and us not catching them anymore. Providing a fair and free of cheating gameplay has always been our highest priority, we put our reputation in it. It is not an easy task, it's an endless race where running is generally easier than chasing. Therefore, our goal would not be possible if not for several principles with "cheaters must not know how they have been detected/caught" among them.
We know that you had been cheating, just as you do. If you cannot accept that, I am sure you can find plenty of OT servers where cheating is tolerated.
